Seven Steps to Answered Prayer
I have been watching and listening to one of my favourite Pastors, Dr. Creflo Dollar. Dr. Dollar has been teaching on a series called The Power of Prayer, and Steps to Answered Prayer. His latest message was on seven steps to answered prayer. I was truly inspired by this message, so I thought i'd share it with you. Hope you are blessed too.
Seven Steps to Answered Prayer
By: Dr. Creflo A. Dollar
1. Be specific - Find a scripture that relates to what you are praying for, and specific.
2. Ask God for what you want - God wants us to ask him for what we want. His word tells us to ask, and we shall receive.
3. Remain positive - The devil will attack you with negative thoughts regarding what you are praying for, so you need to shut down any doubt and unbelief.
4. Guard your mind - When your mind is filled with negative thoughts for whatever you are praying for, fight those thoughts with God's word!
5. Meditate in God's word - Read God's word, and remind yourself of his promises to you on your situation.
6. Continually thank God - Thank God in advance for answering your prayer.
7. Make every prayer a statement of faith - Have faith when you pray,remembering that God has a due season. He will bring the answer to pass.

hey hun, i don't have another African night to tell you about, but there is an absolutely amazing African guy speaking at Perth Christian Life Centre tonight, tomorrow and Tuesday and Wednesday nights this week at 7.30pm. He is so worth going to see if you can make it!!! He moves in the gifts of prophecy and healing.
